How to Set Up a Root Domain or Subdomain for Funnels & Websites in Your Digital Business Suite
Connecting your custom domain to your website or funnel inside Your Digital Business Suite is essential for launching a professional online presence. Whether you're using a root domain (like yourdomain.com) or a subdomain (like offers.yourdomain.com), this guide walks you through how to do it manually — no tech overwhelm required.

Step 1: Add Your Domain In Your Digital Business Suite
Go to: Settings
Go to Domains
Click on Manage button
Click on connect
Click on that connect button where you want to connect your domain, For example: If it is funnel that click on the Connect button in front of Funnel
Type in your domain and hit Continue
You’ll see two options:
-Either you can enter it Manually, You’ll be shown the exact CNAME value to enter into your domain provider (like GoDaddy or Namecheap).Or
-Click Continue, If your domain registrar is supported, the system will handle the configuration for you—just follow the prompts.
From this box copy each Record and and add it in your DNS
Step 2: Set Up Your DNS (CNAME or A Record)
This step happens inside your domain registrar (like GoDaddy, Cloudflare, or Namecheap). Depending on your setup, you can use either a A or an CNAME record.
For Root Domain Use an A Record
Use this if you're connecting a root domain like yourdomain.com.
A record IP address:
162.159.140.166
🕐 It can take up to 24 hours for your DNS records to fully propagate — so be patient if it doesn’t work right away!
For Sub Domain Use a CNAME Record
Use this method if you’re connecting a subdomain (like www.yourdomain.com or offers.yourdomain.com).
CNAME value to use:
sites.ludicrous.cloud
Important: If you're using Cloudflare, make sure the proxy setting is set to DNS Only. Proxied records are not supported for this setup.
Step 3: Link Your Domain to a Funnel or Website
Once your DNS records verify, you'll be prompted to connect your domain to an asset inside Your Digital Business Suite.
Go to settings - Domains - Click on Manage
Choose whether to link it to a Funnel or Website
Click on three dots to add default page to your funnel
Here’s how:
Select the landing page or funnel step you want as the default
Click Save.
Or you can connect you domain in funnel settings
Once you have added your domain
Go to sites on left hand site menu
Go to funnels. Select your funnel.
Click on Setting.
Under domain option you will have a Drop down having your domain.

Q: Can I use one domain across different platforms (WordPress, Wix, etc.)?
No. A single domain/subdomain can only point to one platform at a time. Use a subdomain for other platforms (e.g., site.yourdomain.com).
Q: Can I add the same domain to more than one instance of my Digital Business Suite?
Yes — within the same agency or umbrella, it’s fully supported.
Q: Is there a limit to how many domains I can add?
Nope! Add as many as you need.
Q: Can I buy a domain directly through Social Sync Collective?

Q: How many funnels or websites can I connect to one domain?
