Setting up a custom website link (called a domain) can feel confusing - but we're making it super simple. With your Digital Business Suite, you can buy and connect your domain without leaving the platform. No more juggling GoDaddy, Namecheap, or confusing tech setups.
Wait ... What's a Domain?
A domain is your website's address online-what people type in to find you. Example: yourbusiness.com. Having your own domain makes your brand look professional and trustworthy.
Note: This domain is separate from your FermaGlo website/domain.

Root Domain: Your main site, like yourbusiness.com
Subdomain: A spin-off of your site, like shop.yourbusiness.com
DNS: Tech stuff that tells your domain where to go
CNAME/A Records: Tools that help link your domain to your funnel or website

Setting Up Your Branded Domain
To personalize your links and emails, you’ll want to assign your branded domain inside your Business Profile settings. This creates a clean, professional look across all communications and automations.
Here’s how to do it step-by-step:
In your Digital Business Suite, go to:
Settings → Business ProfileScroll down to the Branded Domain section.
Enter the domain you’ve purchased (e.g., yourbusiness.com).
You’ll see two options:
-Either you can enter it Manually, You’ll be shown the exact CNAME value to enter into your domain provider (like GoDaddy or Namecheap).Or
-Click Continue, If your domain registrar is supported, the system will handle the configuration for you—just follow the prompts.

Important: This step ensures all your links like Calendar links, and messages use your branded domain instead of a generic system link. It’s also required for proper email deliverability and SMS compliance.
Pro Tips for a Branded Experience
Email: Update your sender email to use your domain.
Example: Instead of sending from [email protected], send from [email protected] for a more professional look.Funnels: Replace long, generic URLs with clean, branded links.
Example: Use yourbusiness.com/hairquiz instead of bit.ly/abc123 to build trust and brand consistency.Automation: Ensure all links in your SMS and email automations reflect your domain.
Example: A product recommendation email should link to yourbusiness.com/products/frizz-fix rather than a third-party URL (this does not include FermaGlo URLs). Although using FermaGlo links is helpful, using your branded personal domain will help you collect pertinent prospect information and data.
