How to Set Up Integrations in Your Account

July 21, 2025•2 min read

Your Digital Business Suite makes it easy to connect your favorite apps — like email, calendars, Facebook, and Google — so everything works together seamlessly.

Let’s walk through how to set up your integrations step by step.

What Are Integrations?

Integrations let your Digital Business Suite connect with other tools you already use—so everything works together smoothly behind the scenes.

With integrations, you can:

  • Sync your Google or Outlook calendar to manage appointments (FermaPremier)

  • Connect your Business Facebook Page for ads and Messenger conversations

  • Link your Stripe account to collect payments (only needed if you plan to sell Digital products like guides or courses) (FermaPremier)

  • Sync your Gmail to send and track emails (FermaPremier)

  • Connect Zoom to automatically send meeting links (FermaPremier)

…and more!

By connecting your tools, everything stays in one place, saving you time and effort.

How To Set Up Your Integrations

Step 1: Navigate to Integrations

  • Log into your account.

  • Go to Settings > Integrations.

Here you’ll see icons for each platform that your Digital Business Suite supports.

Step 2: Connect Facebook & Instagram

IMPORTANT: Make sure your Instagram Business Account is already linked to your Facebook Page inside your Meta Business Settings before starting this process.

Click on the Connect button under the Facebook and Instagram icons inside the Integrations panel. This will also allow you to connect your Instagram Business account, since both are managed under Meta.

You'll be guided through a secure Meta login and asked to authorize your account. Here’s what you’ll need to do:

  • Log into the Facebook account that owns your Business Manager

  • Select the correct:

    • Facebook Page

    • Instagram Business Account

    • Facebook Ad Account (if you plan to run ads)

IMPORTANT: Make sure your Instagram Business Account is already linked to your Facebook Page inside your Meta Business Settings before starting this process.

Step 3: Check That the Integration Is Active

After connecting, you’ll see a green “Connected” status next to each integration.

If something didn’t connect properly, try:

  • Refreshing your browser

  • Re-entering your login

  • Making sure popups are enabled (important for Google/Facebook auth)

Note: After integrating your Facebook and Instagram, you should now see in real time your Facebook Business messages and Instagram messages in the Conversations tab of your Digital Business Suite. If you don't, Instagram has a setting to allow external platforms to access messages. Please reach out to Customer Service for support.
