File Size Limit: CSV file must be under 30MB.
Single Sheet: File must contain only one sheet.

Steps to Import Contacts
Step 1: Go to the Contacts tab and click the Import Contacts button.
Step 2: Choose import Contacts.

Step 3: Click Next, upload your CSV, and select the import type: Add new or Update existing contacts (new contacts if you are just adding in your first batch of contacts into your account).

Match each CSV column with the correct field in Digital Business Suite.

Unmapped columns can be skipped.

Optional Steps Before You Import:
Before you hit "Import," you can choose to:
Add Contacts to a Workflow
This means your contacts can automatically start getting welcome emails, follow-ups, or special offers.
Example: After importing your quiz leads, they immediately receive a welcome email and an invite to book a free hair consultation call with you (example only).Apply Tags
Tags help you organize your list.
Example: Tag people as "Client" or "Team" for organizational purposes.Create a Smart List
A Smart List is just a saved group of people who share something in common.
Example: Create Smart Lists for different groups—like prospects who filled out your hair quiz, clients who’ve placed an order, and Business Partners—so you can send the right messages to each audience at the right time.
Once that's set, confirm that your list has permission to be contacted (super important!), then click "Import."
Optional + Advanced: Import Opportunities Alongside Contacts
If your CSV includes both Contact and Opportunity info (e.g., Pipeline, Stage, Status):
Select both "Contacts" and "Opportunities" at the start.
Ensure opportunity-related columns exist in your file.
